Your Role: You will play a key role in defining and delivering our reward and recognition strategy. You will collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings are competitive, aligned with market trends, and designed to meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

What you'll be doing:

  • Design & Strategy: Develop and implement reward strategies that attract and retain talent in line with business objectives.
  • Compensation Structures: Manage salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and the design of competitive pay structures.
  • Benefits & Perks: Lead the design and communication of a comprehensive benefits package that supports employee wellbeing and satisfaction.
  • Data & Analysis: Utilise compensation data, trends, and market insights to make informed recommendations and drive continuous improvement in reward programs.
  • Collaboration: Partner with HR and senior leadership to ensure reward programs support business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.

  • Experience: Proven track record in reward management, compensation, and benefits within a large, complex and unionised organisation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong experience with data analysis and market benchmarking.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically while delivering practical solutions.
  • Passion for People: A genuine interest in creating positive employee experiences through rewards and recognition.
