What You'll Be Doing:

• Driving Change: Collaborate with the Senior Finance Business Partner to implement business strategies and drive change.
• Mentoring: While you won't have direct reports, you'll mentor and support other finance colleagues.
• Varied Tasks: From daily turnover reporting to monthly sales analysis, rebate queries, and more – your role will be diverse and engaging.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Qualified or part-qualified in AAT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Relevant experience is also considered.
• Experience: Ideally, you've worked in a finance role within a manufacturing environment and are familiar with integrated MRP systems.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills (lookups and pivot tables) and a collaborative, self-motivated attitude.
