Day-to-day of the role: - Assist the Senior Management team and Directors in the delivery of statutory accounts preparation.
- Manage comprehensive accounts roles including Charities and NFP.
- Oversee the management and delivery of accounts assignments.
- Supervise workflow and effectively manage the team.
- Lead audit assignments from planning to completion.
- Review audit files prior to Director review.
- Build and sustain key client relationships.
- Handle ad-hoc project work as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - ACA / ACCA qualification with practice experience.
- Proven experience as a manager or overseeing a small team.
- Strong background in company accounts and tax.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure.
- Extensive experience in managing accounts assignments including planning, preparation, completion, and client delivery.
- Commercial awareness with strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient IT skills.
