Accounts Manager

We are seeking an Accounts Manager to assist our Client's Senior Management team and Directors in the delivery of statutory accounts preparation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in full accounts roles, including Charities and NFP, who thrives under pressure and has a knack for managing multiple priorities.
Day-to-day of the role: - Assist the Senior Management team and Directors in the delivery of statutory accounts preparation.
- Manage full accounts roles including Charities
- Oversee the management and delivery of accounts assignments.
- Supervise workflow and manage the team effectively.
- Take a lead role on audit assignments from planning to completion.
- Review audit files ahead of Director review.
- Build and sustain key relationships with clients.
- Handle ad-hoc project work as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - ACA / ACCA qualification with practice experience.
- Experience as a manager or overseeing a small team.
- Experience in company accounts and tax
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Capable of working under pressure to meet tight and conflicting deadlines.
- Strong experience in managing accounts assignments including planning, preparation, completion, and client delivery.
- Commercial awareness with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills
