Maintenance Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and organised Maintenance Administrator to support our clients Service and Maintenance department in Ipswich. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking for a stable career with a company that values its team.
Day-to-day of the role: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients and engineers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
- Manage incoming calls, addressing queries and coordinating responses in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule and plan jobs, ensuring all engineers are well-informed and equipped for their assignments.
- Prepare and provide quotations for maintenance contracts and handle their renewal processes.
- Generate invoices and maintain accurate records by updating relevant databases regularly.
- Embrace the variety each day brings and tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of different clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as an administrator in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with database management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing needs effectively.
- A calm and effective approach to handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
