Customer Experience Executive - What will I be doing?

  • This is a pivotal one within the Customer Experience team. This position involves overseeing bookings, collaborating closely with customers, and providing personalised service throughout the entire booking process.
  • You will coordinate travel arrangements by liaising effectively with customers and suppliers.
  • Demonstrate proactive initiative by seeking alternatives for any unavailable components in the customer's itinerary.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers during the quote/booking stages, ensuring a seamless transition to the Operations team.
  • Offer support to customers with booking queries, additional services, and adjustments to travel plans.

Customer Experience Executive - What experience do I need?

  • A proven track record in travel sales or operations, characterized by meticulous attention to detail.
  • A zest for surpassing customer service expectations.
  • A high degree of adaptability and flexibility, particularly in challenging situations or amid change.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and the art of influencing.
  • Strong command of Office365 tools.
  • A keen focus on customer service, underscored by exceptional communication skills.
