Clinical Care Manager

Due to expansion our care client based in the Hammersmith area, is recruting for a Clinical Care Manager to join their wonderful team!

Please note, due to the responsibilities of the role it is essential to have a nursing/clinical qualification within the UK.

You will have a large amount of autonomy in the positon and you will be id decision making regarding clients well-being and safety.

Duties Include:

• Clinical Care consultation
• Following up clinical leads
• Networking and promoting the business
• Quality assurance
• Clinical Compliance
• Assisitng with training and learing & development of care staff
• Client exit management
• Risk assessment
• Service reviews

You must have at least 5 years UK based experience, in a similar role.

This job is Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and there will be no evening or weekend work and no regular on-call responsibilities!

Salary is negotiable depening on levels of experience but we envisage it will sit in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 + flexible working, benefits and career progression opportunities!
