About the Role

The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of our marketing strategy, working closely with the sales and marketing team. You’ll manage day-to-day activities, create impactful content, and help execute campaigns that resonate with our audience. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening Solutions30’s presence across LinkedIn, our website, internal channels and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management:

• Develop engaging posts for LinkedIn and the company intranet.
• Update and optimise content on our website for maximum impact.
• Assist in creating visually appealing brochures and marketing materials.

Campaign Execution:

• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Tailor content to reach specific target audiences effectively.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all materials align with Solutions30’s branding guidelines.
• Regularly review and update assets to maintain quality and consistency.

Collaboration:

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and assets.
• Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives and act as a go-to resource for internal queries.

What We’re Looking For

• A marketing enthusiast with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in marketing or communications, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to create compelling content for LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web content management systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Hootsuite is desirable.
