Our client, a leader in temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical logistics, is seeking a Fleet and Validation Coordinator to join their Fleet department at their Birmingham Hub. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain schedules for vehicle and facility validations.
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of temperature recording equipment.
• Ensure compliance by maintaining up-to-date equipment lists for validation and calibration.
• Liaise with vendors to support validation activities.
• Prepare validation test documents for approval.
• Support audits and inspections, escalating issues promptly.
• Build a strong understanding of regulatory requirements for validation processes.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Oracle.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.
• Proven experience in setting up and reporting information effectively.
