Description

The successful Residential Property Solicitor should:

• Be able to manage a caseload of files
• Have the ability to provide expert advice to clients
• Be able to draft, review, and interpret legal documents related to property transactions
• Have experience in shared ownership work (buying, selling, staircasing and lease extensions for shared ownership property)

Profile

The successful Residential Property Solicitor should have:

• 1+ years PQE
• Proven experience in managing a residential property caseload
• Comprehensive knowledge of property law
• Excellent communication and client management skills
