Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor
Salary: Circa £40K - £48K
Hours: Full Time. Office based 1 day from home.
Location: Bristol City Centre
Firm: Legal 500
Duration: Permanent, long term contract would also be considered.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
* You will be joining a close team of specialist solicitors, handling and overseeing shared ownership residential property transactions from start to completion including, Buying, Selling, Staircasing and lease extension.
* Collaborate with a team of specialist conveyancers and working closely with housing associations to handle client matters effectively.
* Provide clear and comprehensive explanations of complex legal and technical matters, including lease liabilities, in plain English.

YOU WILL BE
* The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the shared ownership process, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
* A client-focused and professional approach, with clear communication skills and the ability to guide clients through complex transactions, is essential for this role.
* A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach are essential to thrive in this dynamic and professional environment.
* Qualified solicitor or equivalent with a focus on residential property conveyancing.
* A proactive, team-oriented approach to handling workload and deadlines.
* Commitment to upholding professional and regulatory standards.
