Location: Medway (free parking available)
Pay: £12.93/hour
Hours: 37 per week, term-time only (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm)
Contract: Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Manage all administrative tasks, including student enrolment, timetabling, and record keeping.
• Support the school leadership team in organising events, parent communication, and student welfare.
• Act as the first point of contact for parents, students, and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with financial administration, such as processing invoices and monitoring budgets.
• Maintain accurate student data and produce reports as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the school.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational setting.
• A positive and proactive approach with excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and databases.
• DBS certification is essential.
