Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients and delivering tailored business services.
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of junior staff to foster growth and development.
  • Overseeing the preparation of management accounts, statutory accounts, and tax returns.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering strategic advice and guidance.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in managing a client portfolio.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
