Job Title: Finance Systems Accountant - NetSuite
Location: North Nottingham (Hybrid – one day a week on-site)
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a Finance Systems Accountant with a passion for continuous improvement and expertise in NetSuite to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of finance systems, enhance processes, and drive efficiencies across the business.

Your Impact:

• Build and maintain the continuous improvement roadmap for NetSuite and other finance systems.
• Oversee global process design, ensuring alignment with IT controls, risk management, and segregation of duties.
• Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP, managing updates, roles, and process enhancements.
• Support the finance team with system queries, training, and process optimisation.
• Act as the Finance Systems Champion, advocating best practices and identifying opportunities for automation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: A qualified accountant or QBE with strong NetSuite expertise.
• Experience in finance systems administration and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proactive and analytical mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with risk and IT control frameworks is highly desirable.
