Financial Accountant

£45,000 to £50,000 plus Benefits

Chesterfield, South Yorkshire

ABPM are supporting the recruitment of a Financial Accountant for a manufacturing business; they seek a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail.

The ideal opportunity for a qualified ACA, ACCA or a first-time mover. You will be a key member of the finance team, managing financial operations by contributing toward strategic decision-making to support business growth.

Some of your responsibilities may include:

• Prepare and manage financial accounts and reports.
• Management of treasury, tax, credit and group activities.
• Drive cashflow improvements and produce cash forecasts for Board review.
• Production of subsidiary accounts for group entities.
• Supporting systems and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance throughout.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

You should have achieved or hold the abilities within:

• ACA or ACCA.
• Import and export financial management and compliance.
• Experience within practice would be a bonus.
