Our Watford area based client, a reputable firm, is seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Manager to join their team in Watford. This role offers excellent flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
About the Role As a Company Secretarial Manager, you will:
- Advise on company secretarial matters.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure smooth department operations.
- Oversee statutory registers and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate on SEIS and EIS applications.
- Handle complex corporate actions and filings.
- Assist with amendments to articles of association and filings.
- Prepare dividend paperwork and basic forms.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate on client onboarding and KYC reviews.
- Build relationships with stakeholders.
About You The ideal Company Secretarial Manager candidate will have:
- Strong technical expertise in a company secretarial role.
- Experience in a similar role within a professional services firm ideally legal or accountancy arena
- ICSA Fellow or equivalent qualification.
- Good understanding of company secretarial administration and the Companies Act 2006.
- Excellent compliance knowledge around client onboarding, AML, and KYC.
- Proficiency in relevant software and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with flexibility and professionalism.
