Office/Finance Administrator

Reed Accountancy are seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to join a busy, North Bristol accounts team.

Day-to-day of the role: - Prepare purchase orders in accordance with material requests and process purchase ledger invoices promptly, ensuring inclusion in payment runs.
- Assist the Purchasing & Logistics Manager by liaising with the sales team on all aspects of sales arrangements, including order processing and invoicing.
- Process and complete sales orders, delivery notes, and customer invoicing while directly liaising with clients.
- Manage banking transactions and process bank payments.
- Maintain cash flow reports and support general finance administration tasks, including sales ledger and purchase ledger management.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in an accounts team.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-starter with the ability to assume ownership of tasks and lead initiatives without direct supervision.
- Experience using QuickBooks desktop is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
