Finance & Administration Assistant

Reed Accountancy are thrilled to be supporting a successful, Central Bristol based charity in their search for a Finance Assistant.
Day-to-day of the role: - Prepare financial journals reflecting expenditures.
- Conduct monthly tasks including banking donations, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
- Administer credit card and staff expense claims.
- Set up online foreign currency payments and maintain the fixed asset register.
- Maintain finance and resources department files/records.
- Assist Project Finance Managers with information capture processes and updating detailed procedure notes.
- Support the quarterly budget process and the year-end statutory audit process.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a finance department.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
