A global commodity trading firm is seeking a Change Manager to lead business transformation and governance initiatives within its Market Conduct Surveillance function. You'll play a key role in driving compliance-related change activities and delivering effective governance frameworks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business change and transformation activities, ensuring risks and benefits are clearly communicated to stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
- Develop and manage governance frameworks, including oversight and reporting mechanisms.
- Drive the delivery of critical forums, such as the Change Delivery Management Forum and Production Issues Management Forum.
- Provide concise written and verbal updates to leadership, ensuring clarity on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in regulatory compliance within a commodity trading or banking environment.
- Strong track record of leading business change and transformation initiatives.
- Background in consulting, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and manage global stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in designing and embedding governance operating models.
- Knowledge of Market Abuse risks and their relevance to Surveillance.
