As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, overseeing end-to-end delivery and driving effective communication across cross-functional teams. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to the test as you coordinate resources, track project progress, and facilitate seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement necessary corrective actions
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and best practises
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, ideally within the Central Government sector
• Active SC Clearance and NPPV3 Clearance
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with data migration projects is highly desirable
