Operations Manager

Our client are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive hospitality leader to join their luxury hotel in Surrey as the Operations Manager. Working with a passionate team, you will lead from the front in this hands-on management role. You will need a background in events and functions and a passion for developing relationships and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The Role:

• Manage day to day operations of the hotel, inclusive of Front Office, Food and Beverage, Conference and Banqueting and Kitchens.
• Maintain cost controls across the operational departments .
• Work with all departments to maintain a high level of health and safety compliance
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle issues and complaints with discretion and professionalism.

The Right Person:

• Management/Head of Department experience in hotels
• Proven leadership skills with ability to build and train team
• Experience with delivering functions, weddings and events
