Position: Project Manager
Location: Horley, Surrey (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
A forward-thinking creative agency in Surrey are looking to add to their growing team with a Project Manager. They are dedicated to executing outstanding brand activations and display projects throughout the EMEA region and maintaining quality client partnerships.
Role Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will manage the lifecycle of creative projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, stay within budget, and maintain quality. This role requires effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Act as the main contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee financial management and track expenses.
- Identify and mitigate risks, addressing issues proactively.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct quality reviews and ensure timely delivery of all outputs.
Qualifications: - Experience in project management within creative industries.
- Experience working in an agency environment.
- Project management for production and events.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Budget management experience.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Excel).
