Day-to-day of the role: - Handling incoming calls and managing correspondence
- Answering telephone
- Data entry and maintaining records with high accuracy
- Assisting with the preparation of documents and reports
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Ensuring all administrative activities are completed on time
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
