We are delighted to be supporting a growing tech business in recruiting a Financial Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced business and play a pivotal role in financial operations and strategic decisions. To be considered you will either be a Management Accountant, looking to step up or already working as a Financial Controller and looking to join a business you can grow and develop with. 

The Role
The Financial Controller duties will include:

•  Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
•  Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow and implement cash management strategies.
• Taxation: Manage tax planning and compliance, coordinating with external advisors as necessary.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to organisational financial strategies, supporting senior management with financial insights.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in financial management.

• Experienced management accountant or financial controller.
• Experience of working in SaaS or a high-growth environment would be desirable
• Those that are qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience will be considered. 
• Leadership: Effective team management and mentoring capabilities.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
