Employment Support Programme Manager

This charity is seeking a programme manager to lead their high-performing employment support programme, based in Hounslow Town Centre (with free parking) 

As Programme Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of 16 (including part-time staff), ensuring they achieve targets and deliver exceptional support to job seekers.
• Maintain our high-quality service delivery by focusing on customer feedback and outcomes.
• Drive programme performance to ensure individuals not only secure jobs but sustain long-term employment.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the programme, contributing to its success in league tables and its excellent reputation within the sector.

About You We are looking for a leader who is:

• Experienced: You’ve managed teams in employment support programmes (DWP or similar) or have been a team leader looking to take the next step in your career.
• Results-Driven: You have a strong focus on achieving targets while maintaining service quality.
• People-Focused: You inspire and support your team to deliver exceptional service and positive outcomes for job seekers.
