As an Accounts Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our finance team and company departments. Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

• Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations for bank, cash, and credit card accounts.
• Preparing payroll and handling related tasks such as SSP/SMP calculations.
• Managing VAT returns and supporting month-end reporting.
• Responding to customer queries and liaising with suppliers.
• Assisting with audits and improving financial processes.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

We're after someone who is:

• Experienced: Ideally 2-3 years in a similar role with strong all-round accounting knowledge.
• Organised and Proactive: You know how to prioritise, meet deadlines, and balance multiple tasks.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Team-Oriented: A "can-do" attitude and great communication skills are essential.
