Construction Planner - East London

We are seeking a highly motivated Freelance Construction Planner to join a leading residential developer on a landmark scheme in East London. Starting ASAP.

As the Construction Planner, you will play a key role in shaping the successful delivery of this ambitious project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing, managing, and updating detailed construction programmes using Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6.
• Collaborating closely with project managers, design teams, and contractors to align programmes with project goals.
• Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure key milestones are met.
• Producing phasing, logistics, and methodology plans to support construction activities.
• Preparing and presenting progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Demonstrable experience in construction planning for large residential and/or regeneration schemes.
• Proficiency in planning software such as Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and logistics planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage deadlines, and adapt to project demands.
