A dynamic and rapidly growing consultancy with nearly 1,000 employees are looking for a Head of IT to spearhead the IT vision and strategy for the future. The company’s innovative solutions are transforming industries and driving success for clients. As the company continues to expand, there is a need for a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT to lead technology initiatives and ensure the IT infrastructure supports growth and strategic goals.

The Head of IT will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT function, ensuring the effective management of technology resources, and driving the implementation of IT strategies that align with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT operations, cyber security, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies that support the company's growth and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient allocation of resources.
• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and cloud services.
• Ensure the effective use and management of Office 365 applications across the organization.
• Develop and implement robust cyber security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
• Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
• Lead and mentor the IT team of 8, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior IT management role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Expertise in Office 365 administration and management.
• In-depth understanding of cyber security principles and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing IT team.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
