We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive for a client based in Redhill.

Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries promptly and accurately across multiple channels
  • Upselling when possible
  • Providing information about products
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data entry

The ideal Customer Service Executive Requirements:

  • Proven experience providing outstanding customer service
  • A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using customer service systems or software
