Our client is a respected and successful independent estate agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team East of Chelmsford.

Working days:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work 5 days per week.

Salary package on offer:

• Basic salary circa £22,000 
• £30,000+ OTE (Uncapped)

Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Sales negotiating experience
• Experience working in the Mid/High-end market.
• Team player
• Ambitious and highly driven
• Clean driving licence & own vehicle

The role of a Sales Negotiator will involve the following:

• Successfully negotiating offers
• Drive the business forward by offering excellent customer service
• Attending viewings
• Greeting buyers & vendors
• Registering customers
• Matching requirements & arranging viewings
• Calling out new properties
