Sales/Travel Consultant

Pure have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to work for a great client based in Colchester. 

Main Duties: 

• Creation of new and management of existing business using a variety of means of communication.
• Providing accurate information onto CRM system
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Providing advice to customers in regards to Travel requirements
• Updating compliance and GDPR documentation 
• Effective management of all detailed information
• Seek opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships with client to provide suggestions for improvement

• 2 years Customer Service experience 
• Sales background
• Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs
• A passion for customer service
• Comprehensive computer skills, Proficient in Microsoft packages, Word, Excel and Powerpoint 
• Proactive, ambitious and organised 
• A-C GCSE's in English and Maths
• Excellent telephone manner 
• Great problem solver
• A passion for travel
