Role Overview:
The Senior Data Analyst will lead a small team and work closely with cross-functional departments to deliver data-driven insights. This role requires strong expertise in analyzing financial and socio-economic data, producing reports, and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on economic trends, household finances, and financial vulnerability.
• Integrate and ensure the accuracy of financial data alongside external datasets.
• Identify and present emerging trends in debt, financial vulnerability, and socio-economic factors.
• Lead and mentor a junior data analyst, while supporting business growth and policy development.
• Work with senior stakeholders to shape strategy and influence key decisions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in financial or socio-economic data analysis.
• Proficient in data tools (R, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with leadership capabilities.
