Assistant Management Accountant

JHE & Partners are excited to be working with a company in Halifax who are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Accountant. Having experienced significant growth over the last 5 years, with significant plans for this to continue, this is a great opportunity for someone to gain valuable experience alongside their studies.

Key duties will include:

• Assisting with the preparation of timely management accounts pack
• Preparing financial reports for internal stakeholders; analysing gross margin, overhead reporting, variance analysis etc.
• Assisting with the development of budgets and forecasts, gathering information to support this process
• Accruals and prepayments
• Maintenance of the fixed asset register
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting with projects as required
