Your new role
We are looking to appoint a determined and dynamic individual, committed to driving up standards in school behaviour. To be successful in this role you will have;

• An empathy with young people and a willingness to work hard to motivate and encourage them in developing a love learning.
• A responsibility of raising the standards of student achievement in for students.
• Support the Headteacher and SLT in making the school's vision happen.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Ofsted requirements and stay updated on regulatory changes.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in joining one of our partner schools you do need to have QTS, however, recent experience in mainstream schools is desirable. You do not need to follow a specific religion to apply.
