About Us: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a couple of years of experience looking to build upon their skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Arrangement: Schedule and coordinate meetings efficiently.
- Diary Management & Travel: Manage diaries and arrange UK travel plans.
- Document Formatting: Format reports and correspondence to a high standard.
- Client Liaison: Communicate with clients regarding meetings and other inquiries.
- Adhoc Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks as needed.
- Research: Conduct research to support team projects.
- Team Meetings: Attend and contribute to team meetings.
- Client Onboarding: Assist with client onboarding processes (training provided).
- Compliance Checks: Perform process-based compliance checks as required.
- Team Events Coordination: Organise and coordinate team events.
- Document Management: Utilise systems for document management.
- Filing Accounts: Assist with filing accounts (training provided).
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- No audio typing required.
