We are hiring for a German speaking Account Manager Executive to join a successful, international fashion and accessorises brand to manage and grow their commercial sales partnerships and activities in the German speaking countries of Europe.


Location of the job
Manchester - hybrid option after 6 months + regular travel to Germany

Job responsibilities of the German speaking Account Manager
In order to manage and grow commercial sales and business opportunities in the German speaking countries of Europe, they wish to recruit a German speaking Account Manager. You will focus on growing sales for all brands and building brand strength.

Your role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively supporting the team in achieving the overall objectives of the Commercial Department.
  • Be the principal point of contact to ensure positive outcomes for customers
  • Typical sales growth activities : sales performance reviews arranging events, shows and communication campaigns product training or creating product sampling opportunities
  • Working closely with other Commercial Team members
  • Maintain the customer account by liaising with marketing department
  • Be present at major European trade events and shows, to build relationships with key stakeholders and increase knowledge of the customer
  • Monitor competitor activity and build network with other non-competitive brands in the industry
  • Feedback, accurately and in timely fashion


The successful candidate background

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Previous commercial business experience, for example sales, account management, customer service experience etc but all backgrounds will be considered
  • Great communication skills with the ability to build positive business relationships
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to manage personal workload and prioritise accordingly
  • Be willing to travel regularly to Germany


Salary, benefits and working hours
Up to £43,000 + excellent company benefits.
