The Role:

• Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
• Location: Hyde, Tameside
• Start Date: January 2024
• Hours: Full-time
• Duration: Long-term with the potential for a permanent role

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality education
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to support children's learning and development
• Providing tailored support to meet the needs of pupils with SEND or other learning needs
• Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment

What We're Looking For:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working within a primary school setting
• A proactive, compassionate, and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children's education
