Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for education and a strong understanding of early years development. The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and the ability to provide support to both students and teachers in a diverse learning environment.

This role will be to support within a lovely 1 form entry Warrington Primary School within the Early Years Class and will be 8.30am - 3.30pm, 3 days per week from September until Christmas.

Rate - £86 - £90 per day dependent on experience

• Assist the teacher in the preparation of learning materials and resources
• Support students with their learning, including one-on-one assistance and group activities
• Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Encourage and motivate students to engage with the curriculum and reach their full potential
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to provide feedback on student progress

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Strong knowledge of early years education and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Understanding of the diverse needs of students and the ability to provide support accordingly

• Work closely with the teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Support individual students with their specific learning needs
• Assist in the assessment and recording of student progress
• Help to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to contribute to the overall success of the school
