Role Summary/Scope

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for closing sales over the phone. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Contact potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.
  • Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products/services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the company’s database.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in the business
  • Be responsible and accountable for your sales performance
  • Contribute positively to the team to create a fun working environment

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  1. Have experience of volume dials (100+ per day) and closing sales over the phone
  2. 12 months + cold calling experience
  3. B2B preferred or experience working with small amount of data where data conversion is key
  4. Remote Location Candidates: must have prior experience of high-performance telesales homeworking
  5. Confident and assertive communicator
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Resilient and able to thrive in a targeted environment
  8. Work well under pressure
  9. Strong customer service skills.
  10. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  11. Good organisational and time management skills
  12. Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
  13. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
