SMART EDUCATION is seeking enthusiastic School Administrator Assistants and Receptionists to support the smooth running of Primary and High Schools in Stafford and nearby areas.

These roles provide essential administrative support, helping schools maintain efficient systems and focus on delivering exceptional education.

• Start Date: ASAP (with potential to continue until the end of the academic year)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm
• Salary: £11.10 - £13.03 per hour

• Utilising school management systems such as SIMS or Bromcom effectively.
• Handling private and confidential documents with discretion.
• Performing general administrative duties to support the school’s daily operations.
• Collaborating with staff and external stakeholders to uphold the school’s community-focused ethos.

• Minimum 6 months experience in an office or school administrative environment.
• Proven proficiency with SIMS and familiarity with other school management systems.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
