Our Client, Bradford Council, is seeking a Team Manager to join their Integrated Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
- Provide regular supervision and support to social workers and social work assistants
- Oversee duty responsibilities and caseload management
- Conduct child and family assessments and develop appropriate support plans
- Collaborate with partner agencies to deliver targeted services
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures and legislation
- Prepare reports and contribute to strategic planning and development
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
- Must have minimum of 3 years Post Qualifying experience working as a Qualified social worker
- Must have experience as a Social Work Team Manager
