Part-time Office & Accounts Administrator 

30 hours per week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office & Accounts Administrator to join a closely knit team in Leamington Spa.

What will it entail?

This will be a very varied position, supporting the Office Manager, but is likely to include:

• Preparing wage information for processing

• Approving invoices for payment

• Managing petty cash and ensuring it’s balanced

• Banking

• Preparing invoices

• Managing levels of stationary, stamps etc

• Maintaining staff sickness and absence records

• Maintaining spreadsheets

• Dealing with routine correspondence

• General typing

• Assisting with newsletters

• Organising equipment maintenance

• Preparing paperwork and contracts

• Assisting the manager to ensure premises comply with all relevant legislation

• Negotiating new rates for gas, electric, insurance etc

• Producing monthly fee reports

• Other ad hoc duties

• A background in a similar role

• A willingness to get involved in all aspects of the working environment
