Retail Assistant

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity, working within a unique retail environment for a market leader. Out client have a fantastic opportunity for a part time Retail Sales Advisor to join the team, working from their store in Watford

The Retail Sales Advisor role is a Part Time position, Monday and Tuesday 9:00am - 5:00pm & Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering outstanding levels of customer service
• Interacting with our customers, in store or on the phone, to promote our products and services
• Providing a great shopping environment for our customers ensuring our stores are clean, tidy and presentable - a store we can be really proud of
• Processing customer transactions and responding to customer enquiries using our bespoke IT software

The ideal Retail Sales Advisor will be/have:

• Experience of working face to face with customers, preferably in a retail environment (not a requirement)
• An understanding of what makes a great customer experience
• Strong IT skills, and the ability to learn new software
