BramahHR are seeking a HR Manager to join our client on a fixed term contract. This position plays a crucial role in supporting a dynamic, global business during a period of significant innovation and growth.

The successful candidate will lead operational HR activities, develop strategic initiatives, and provide guidance on employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with local HR representatives to deliver global HR objectives.
  • Review and update HR strategies
  • Evaluate HR resources, roles, and skillsets to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy, including career development frameworks and retention strategies.
  • Design and execute a global Learning and Development strategy.
  • Support global employee relations.
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and data management and salary benchmarking.
  • Manage and develop direct reports.
  • Coordinate the annual performance and salary review processes.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance employee and manager experiences.
  • Data management and reporting including HRMI & KPI reporting.
  • Serve as a key liaison between HR and payroll.
Key Skills:
  • Experience with HR systems 
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and ability to manage complex cases.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Initiative-driven, thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrates strong people management and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management is desirable.
  • CIPD membership
