Next Chapter Talent are assisting a highly-respected property investment company in their search for Senior Block Manager to manage their privately owned, diverse Central London portfolio of circa 250-300 units across their luxury developments.

Working within some of London's most exclusive postcodes, you will be managing a wide range of residential blocks and estates comprising new builds, purpose built and converted properties.
Our client is looking for an extremely established, service-driven Senior Block Manager, with A* relationship management skills, and solid experience of successfully handling Directors of RTM’s & RMC’s. You will love being primarily on the ground, amongst the residents, nurturing relationships and building strong connections across your site.
You will be keen to put your expert project management skills to good use, having previously independently managed complex major works within a high-end, luxury setting from inception to completion.
You will bring with you an innovative, forward-thinking approach towards your management of resident communication, processes, and people management.
You will have 3+ years’ experience working within the Block Management arena and be able to clearly demonstrate your professional abilities and educated level of knowledge having obtained industry qualifications such as AIRPM/MIRPM.
This opportunity can be available to start immediately, with an extensive handover period scheduled upon joining, with the promise of full ongoing support provided from the current designated Property Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of block operations
- Coordinate with property owners and tenants to address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for the block
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff and contractors
- Conduct regular inspections of the block to identify maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
- Prepare reports on block operations for management
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience within Block management, ideally with MTPI status
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer software for record keeping and reporting
