My client are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join their friendly team in a commercial business setting. This temporary role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a minimum of two years of experience in sales administration, looking to contribute to our team’s success over a 12-week period.
Day to day of the role: - Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operation of the sales department.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to support the sales process.
- Process sales orders, forms, applications, and requests effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all sales and service issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
