HR & Payroll Assistant
London, NW2
£28,000 + Pension
This expanding local Company are currently seeking a dedicated HR & Payroll Assistant to join their happy team and provide extra support in their busy HR Department.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing all round administrative and clerical support for the personnel and payroll function
- Administering the recruitment process, producing job advertisements and posting onto job portals
- Liaising with successful candidates to schedule interviews and ensuring necessary paperwork is available
- Collating payroll documentation, setting up new starters on system and processing leaver documentation
- Processing SSP, SMP, SPP, holiday, sickness, commission payments and statutory deductions
- Assisting with the reconciliation of payroll at month end and preparing PAYE returns and payments for the HMRC
