About the Business

An opportunity to be an Accounts Payable for a service business based in Tamworth. It’s a fast-paced role with a company that operates in over 50 countries.

Main Duties:

As an Accounts Payable, your main duties include:

• Creating and maintaining supplier master records
• Accurately inputting invoices onto the organisation’s accounting systems
• Processing staff expenses
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Producing supplier payment runs for approval
• Continuously reviewing procedures and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assisting in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
• Documenting and maintaining processes and procedures
• Supporting with the year end audit as and when required
• Other ad-hoc duties when needed

Location / Office / Culture

The role is based in Tamworth and offers a flexible working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The company operates from a modern office with a strong Finance Team.
