IT Support Team Lead – Ipswich
Basic Salary + Bonus, LA, Healthcare, etc.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Team Lead to join a leading business in the eastern region. You will oversee and support a busy IT helpdesk, leading by example, ensuring technical resolution of business-critical systems.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong infrastructure knowledge, proven leadership capability and the ability to ensure IT related projects are delivered to a high standard.

This role is based in Ipswich, Suffolk with some flexible working being offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the Service Desk team with technical expertise.
• Manage and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware – this should include Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Oversee MSP/3rd party vendor relationships.
• Act as an escalation point for incidents impacting service delivery.
• Ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery processes.
• Influence infrastructure design and configuration.
• Deliver Infrastructure and Business Change projects.

Technical Experience:

• Microsoft Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022)
• O365 Administration
• Azure Administration
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Administration
• SQL Server Administration and Troubleshooting
• Windows 10/11 Administration and Troubleshooting, including migrations
