  • Covering London and the home counties, you will target commercial new and refurb projects.
  • This is a full end to end project sales role from design, tender to completion.
  • The route to market is M&E consultants, M&E contractors, Architects, Local Authorities and consulting engineers.
  • As Specification Sales Manager, you will identify, track and win specifications delivering CPD presentations to specifiers.
  • The incoming Specification Sales Manager will benefit from a heathy pipeline and strong historical relationships with M&E contractors and M&E consultants.

  • Strong stable track record in commercial HVAC technical specification sales
  • Strong relationships with M&E contractors & M&E consultants
  • Sectors of interest - HVAC Ventilation, Boilers, MVHR, boilers

The Package on offer for the Specification Sales Manager

  • up to £65,000 negotiable
  • Bonus / OTE
  • 25 days holidays + bank holidays
